Michigan!

Yesterday morning, Daddy dropped us off at the airport in Denver. Yesterday afternoon, Grammy, Papa, and our good friend Miss Mary picked us up in Detroit. We've only been here for 24 hours, but a lot can happy in two little boys' lives on vacation in that time, so it seemed time to get some pictures up -- especially for Daddy, who misses them very much.
Arriving at the gate. Miss Mary got Papa a pass to greet us as we got off the plane.

Ellis enjoying snacktime in Mommy's old high chair.
An evening dip in Papa's pool.
Ellis, as usual, seems quite relaxed and content in his element. Wait til we are able to snap of picture of him with his head leaning back on the pillow and his legs crossed, literally lounging around.
 Stories before bed.
Playing in a tent and tunnel this morning.
Ellis was so keen to try the tunnel, but held back until he saw Blanden do it a few times -- and then he was off!
Blanden really wanted Papa to try too, but we settled for having Papa hang out in the tent, not the tunnel.
The HUGE bullfrog that greeted Papa and Blanden when they went out to the pool this morning.
 More swimming.
Visiting the cows at Calder Dairy Farm this afternoon.
Watching them all line up for milking.
Enjoying farm-fresh ice cream. Blanden tried Blue Moo.
Ellis had his own bowl of strawberry -- and ate just about all of it, until Mommy said that was probably enough.
Blanden liked the color of Blue Moo better than the taste, so he ended up sharing Mommy's cookie dough/cookies-and-cream combo. Nothing wrong with that!
Then we fed the goats ...
And Blanden took home his own mini jug of chocolate milk.
Both boys have been spending a lot of time playing with Uncle Andrew's old Brio train set, although it is a particular favorite for Blanden -- especially the gates.
Enjoying watermelon while sitting at Mommy and Uncle Andrew's old table. After another swim this evening and baths too, it was time for bed. Tomorrow, we're off to the zoo.
