Welcome to the E.B.W. Blog. This is where the (mis)adventures of Blanden and Ellis will be chronicled. Each post of this blog represents a chapter in the lives of our boys. This blog will serve to bind these chapters into books. These books will be gathered, carefully archived, then lovingly offered as a gift to this library. Comments to these posts are highly encouraged. Your words will enrich our understanding of the unique relationship you've created with our special little guys. Enjoy!

Rolling Over
Today Blanden learned how to roll from his back to his tummy. We knew he was getting close -- on his playmat and in his crib, he often turns over onto his side. This evening I set him down in his crib for a few minutes while I got ready to head out with a friend for a mid-week break and Ed was just coming home from work, and when I went back in to pick him up, there he was, facing an entirely different direction than the one in which I left him. :) The surprising thing is that he wasn't fussing -- he is not a big fan of tummy time at all. But maybe it's better when he places himself in tummy time, rather than having one of us doing it for him.

A milestone! Katie are you filling in Blanden's baby book?
Now that he has the ROLL down...next it'll be the ROCKIN.
