A Few More Christmas Photos

Belle helping Blanden open his gifts. (This one is a "Search Inside Elephant" from Santa Claus. Little toys can be hidden and found inside the body of the elephant.)
Enjoying the wrapping paper, a highlight of the morning. :)

The Thomas the Tank Engine Christmas tree train. The engine, starter cars, and track were from Mommy and Daddy pre-Christmas. Santa Claus brought more cars to add to it.
Taking a mini midmorning break.
Opening gifts at Aunt Nancy and Uncle Jim's house.
P.S. Actually, upon closer inspection, it looks like we don't have as many photos as we thought, so we may not be sending out a separate album on Kodak after all. It turns out we were too busy hugging and kissing Blanden and just enjoying the moments.

Oh what fun, more Blanden pictures for us to look at over, and over again! It was great that Belle was willing to help you open your gifts, and that Ella, she certain keeps a loving, watchful eye out for you. Did Santa remember mom and dad too? This will be a Christmas you will hear stories about for the rest of your life, and what wonderful stories they will be! I don't know about your dad's first Christmas, but I do know that your mommy was just about your age for her first, and her favorite gift was Courious George. We'll be watching for more news, and playing progess in future blog postings. I bet you don't know this, but while mom and dad are working, so are you, playing is the work of childhood, it is how you will continue to learn, explore and grow. (When you are a little older, I'll warn you about the midnight housekeeper and how to protect your favorite toys from him/her.)
